30 Min Easy Run
This was the first time I had run since sunday in MD. I was really feeling the hills here. The change in elevation was very significant. I also think that it took me a little while to adjust to the run. I was not feeling the run today.
I ended up doing 8:17 going out and on the way back I did 7:48.
I was really glad to get this run over with. It was not one of my best runs.
