30 Min Easy Run
This run was a good run. The weather was not so cooperative. It was raining but not pouring. On this run I was really focusing on my form. So I did not look at my watch until I had to turn around.
This was the third day that I ran in the same place. I went out at 7:42 and I came back at 7:21. I was pretty happy with that time.
Right now I am just trying to keep my fitness up. I am not trying to push to hard. I think I need some recovery time. I have been working hard and I need some time to let my body recover.
