Record Snow fall in central PA. . . .

I am sure that everyone already know about the record snow fall.  We got 22 inches in my area.  Some places got twenty something inches.  I am glad it is over but now we are looking forward too a new one.

I ran 14 miles during the superbowl.  There was not a car on the road.  I did 2 easy miles at 9 min pace and I did 10 in my window at 8 min pace.  I did 2 recovery miles at the end.  I ran with a headlamp for the first time which was awesome.  It really helped with my footing.

13.75 miles,  :59:55 total time, 8:43 pace with warm up and cool down, 1943 cal.

I am very pleased with this outcome.

Have wonderful day,

Brooksrunner

I am really having fun out there now running.  I am working less and getting more results.  I think that has come from my patience with my body and concentration.
